What I do

I joined Architas in January 2015 to lead the Client Group. This sees me developing and promoting investment solutions to AXA entities and institutional clients globally. I also manage the relationships with major asset management groups working with AXA. My team is 75 people strong and is split between London, Paris and Brussels.

Where I’ve been

I started out as an M&A analyst with Lazard in Paris in 1999. I first joined AXA Group in 2001 and moved on to AXA Investment Managers in 2005, where I promoted structured products to global institutional investors.

Appointed sales manager in 2007, I was promoted to Head of French Retail Distribution in 2009. I then joined AXA France as Head of Life Products Sales & Marketing in 2010 before joining Architas.

What I’ve learnt

I’m a graduate of the Essec Business School in Paris and have an MBA in Finance. But I’ve learnt there are other ways to broaden the mind. For example, meditation is a useful way to prepare and set the tone for the day.
