What I do

My role is to lead the distribution of all Unit Linked (UL) solutions developed by AXA IM and develop a strong partnership with the AXA entities to accompany them on their UL journey: from the education of distributors and end customers, to the design and implementation of the right UL solutions, the launch of these solutions and the continuous reporting and communication thereafter. I’m also leading our Wealth Management business where we offer discretionary portfolio management directly to customers through bank, insurance and broker partnerships.

Where I’ve been

I have more than 20 years of experience in asset management and 15 years in the AXA group, covering very different roles including Strategy, Distribution & Proposition, Change and Transformation, and M&A. I joined AXA IM 6 years ago to lead the transformation of the business to a global company. Thereafter I was promoted to Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) for 3 years.

What I’ve learnt

You are never successful alone but always as part of a team. It’s through this partnership, you can learn much more and make a difference in challenging times. A strong partnership is based on empowerment, trust and transparency. And lastly, that it is ok to fail, but not use this as a reason to give up!
