What I do

I joined Architas in September 2019. My role as Head of HR and Communications covers an ever growing list of countries around the world. We are around 300 strong, but speak over 40 languages. It’s a fascinating and varied job and I have a great team to help us to achieve our ambitions.

Where I’ve been

Prior to joining Architas I worked for AXA UK and Ireland since 2015 holding numerous positions including the Head of People Engagement, Culture and Strategy along with more generalist HR roles. Before joining AXA, I worked in the High tech and e commerce industry, namely Amazon and Nokia. 

What I’ve learnt

I've always worked in Human Resources, following my studies in Psychology. My roles have always had a transformational edge in fast-growth, multicultural environment.
